The process I offer allows for extensive flexibility, enabling homeowners to make decisions on nearly every aspect of the home, from architectural style and layout to materials, finishes, and even structural details like ceiling heights and window placements. I typically start with architect-designed plans and allow extensive personalization, instead of the standard cookie cutter options available with most other contractors. As a custom home builder, I typically focus on quality craftsmanship, often working on fewer projects per year to ensure attention to detail and high standards. I offer design-build services and collaborate with architects and engineers to bring my client's vision to life.
